I have worked with Dan and his guys as both a subcontractor and as a customer and they just flat out do things right. They always communicate, do things right the first time and over deliver on expectations. This is tough to find in this world. If you are considering building I can honestly say you will not go wrong in any way with these guys. Their results speak for themselves.
Dan and his sub-contractors are top notch. We had Johnson Construction build our dream home in Van Meter and had a great experience. They were honest, and easy to deal with. Their standards of construction are very high and Dan demands perfection of his sub-contractors. I don't think there is a better builder in the Des Moines area for upscale executive homes. They get my strongest recommendation.
